2/18/2011 CH Driftwood's Song of the South, NAP CGC "Sweet Tater" and junior handler Melanie Ash earned their Novice Agility Preferred title.

CH Saltydawg's Boogie Woogie Baby NA NAJ NF AGN AGNJ AWD CGC BROM "Mariah" and Karen Ash finished their Novice Agility Jumpers title with a first place and on 2/26 finished thier Novice FAST title with first place. Mariah has also earned her first open leg on 2/26 with a first place in Open Jumpers in AKC and her first standard leg in Open Standard in CKC this past August.

CH Saltydawg Dreams Come True NJ NF NAP NJP NFP "Princess Odette" and Karen Ash finished her Novice FAST with first place.

1/28/2011, CH SaltyDawg's Boogie Woogie Baby NA AGN AGNJ AWD CGC BROM earned her Novice Agility title with three first places in three trials!

At the same trial almost 11 year old CH Driftwood's Song of the South, CGC and her junior handler, Mellanie Ash earned two first places with clean runs towards their novice preferred agility title.

1/27/2011 TEN YEAR OLD - CH SaltyDawg n Driftwood's Sun of Batman, RA CGC (Sunny) owned & bred by Karen Kirby Ash & Jim Ash took first place in Rally Advanced at the Sand n Sea Kennel Club Rally Trial and finished his RA! On 1/28 at the same trial Sunny earned his first leg in Rally Excellent placing fourt.

1/27/2011 CH SaltyDawg's Boogie Woogie Baby NA AGN AGNJ AWD CGC BROM owned & bred by Karen Kirby Ash earned a score of 96 in Rally Novice B at the Sand n Sea Kennel Club Rally Trial for her first leg. On 1/28 at the same trial Mariah earned her second leg in Rally Novice placing fourth!

11/28/2010 Josh- DownEast Cowboy Casanova picks up his first 3pt major in Springfield MA during the Thanksgiving Classic.

9/25/2010 Cookie - DownEast Frozen Double Stuff RN, OA, OAJ, OF, AD, WWD finished her USDAA AD (Agility Dog) Title on September 25th with all class placements.

Dobby - BISS Ch. DownEast Elf About Town CD,RN,CWDX, Multi-AOM

Finishes his Courier Water Dog Excellent Title in the first water trial of the season. Then 2 weeks later goes to Canada and finishes his Canadian Championship in 3 shows at the Canadian National Specialty Booster Weekend.

8/14-15/2010 We had another successful water trial this year.

6/12/2010 What a successful Nutmeg Specialty for our Northeast dogs. Dobby, DownEast Elf About Town won the breed so he was able to add BISS to his name. Winners Bitch was Paint, DownEast Paintin' the Town for a 4pt Major. Eli, DownEast Kwik Hide Your Heart was Best Puppy in Sweepstakes. There were several other Northeast dogs showing that day and they all showed beautifully and represented our breed and club proudly. Congrats Everyone!

4/27/2010 Our supported entry is coming up in just a few weeks. We are going to be having a lunch after the judging. Club members we could use some help with bringing some of our ingredients for the luncheon. They are as followed. The names in red are what that person has commited to but don't be afraid to e-mail Helen just to be sure.

1 person to bring 2.5 lbs of Deli Ham(#2 slice)- Susan

1 person to bring 2.5 lbs of deli Roast Beef(#2 slice)

1 person to bring 2.5lbs of turkey

2 people to bring 2lbs of Cooper cheese, (#2 slice) Sue

1 person to bring 1lb of American cheese, (#2 slice) Sue

Condiments

Mayo, Mustard-2 kinds, spicy and regular-Lisa

Pickles- dill rounds, 3 large bags of chips-Helen

Rolls- Helen

Salads

Potato Susan

Pasta

Corn and Bean-Helen

Dessert - Choc chip cookies and Brownies- Beth

Drinks- Celeste and Kevin(hopefully)

Paper goods

Napkins, Paper Plates, cups, silverware.

1/17/2010 Sandy Pants, Downeast Sandy Pants, got her first 3pt major. Way to go Sandy Pants! Sandy is owned by Barbara Belicose & Steve Dostie

1/16/2010 Kid, Downeast New Kid in Town, completed her breed championship in Fitchburg, MA with a 3pt Major. Way to go Kid! Kid is owned by Steve & Chris Dostie

1/15/2010 KoKo, C-lion N Rockmere Like Water For Chocolate, won Best of Breed and a 3pt major. Way to go KoKo-nut. KoKo is owned by Heather Shilo & Terese Phillips.
